Community style treatments primarily include acupuncture and ear seed application. Adjunct therapies such as cupping, moxibustion, and gua sha are offered in private treatment only.

Up to four people are being treated at once in one large space - we ask that you respect the space and privacy of those around you.

Primarily points on the arms and legs are needled, due to the public nature of community clinic, gowns and draping will be provided if sensitive areas need to be accessed, such as the back or glutes.
How should I prepare for community acupuncture?

Wear warm, loose fitting clothing so that the legs and arms are easily accessible, if needed gowns will be provided.

Have a light snack to ensure you are satiated, refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents

Bring headphones or earplugs to listen to your own music and deepen your relaxation
